ZONE-2024-0096 — Single-family residential (2 dwelling units) in Gallatin, TN

Habitat for Humanity is adding two single-family residential lots to the existing Pafford Place development by splitting and incorporating an adjacent property zoned R-6. The revised final master development plan includes exceptions for minimum lot size (one lot at 4,930 sf vs. 6,000 sf required) and front yard setback (12.97 ft vs. 20 ft required), matching the previously approved Pafford Place infrastructure. The development will use existing stormwater detention and utilities already in place for the Pafford Place subdivision.
