This ordinance amendment restricts data centers to the Interchange District (HI) only, removing them from Central Commercial, Civic & Institutional, and Innovation Districts. Data centers must now maintain a 1,000-foot separation distance from residential areas, schools, churches, libraries, daycare facilities, parks, and other data centers, which will significantly limit where these facilities can operate within La Vergne.
